We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for lifestyle branding. This role is ideal for someone who understands visual storytelling, stays on top of trends, and can translate brand identity into engaging digital content across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Develop visually appealing posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand aesthetics
- Conceptualise and execute content themes for lifestyle brands such as furniture, jewellery, and home décor
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and building community relationships
- Research industry trends, competitor content, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant
- Assist in photoshoot planning, mood board creation, and content direction
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement
Requirements:
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, design, and storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Interest in lifestyle segments such as furniture, jewellery, fashion, or home décor
- Ability to think creatively and generate unique content ideas
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with photography, videography, or styling
- Understanding of brand building and digital marketing strategies
- Prior internship or personal portfolio showcasing social media work
