Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, social-media-savvy Marketing Intern who knows how to create engaging content that gets attention, builds an audience, and drives growth.
You should have hands-on experience creating content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels.
What You’ll Do
* Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, memes, graphics, and short-form content
* Develop content ideas around jobs, careers, hiring, job search, AI, and tech
* Manage and grow Scowter’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and other platforms
* Create high-quality visual creatives using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
* Research trending topics, content formats, and viral opportunities
* Write engaging captions, hooks, comments, and social copy
* Identify relevant communities and participate authentically in discussions
* Help plan and execute influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
* Research and shortlist influencers relevant to Scowter’s audience
* Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement
* Experiment with different content formats and growth strategies
What We’re Looking For
* Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging social media content
* Strong understanding of what works on different platforms
* Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, LinkedIn, and short-form content
* Good design sense and experience creating social media creatives
* Strong written English and communication skills
* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar content-creation tools
* Understanding of influencer marketing is a big plus
* Interest in SaaS, startups, technology, careers, hiring, or job search is preferred
* Creative, proactive, and always bringing new ideas
Bonus Points
* You have created content that achieved strong reach or engagement
* You have worked with influencers or managed creator collaborations
* You understand Reddit and Quora community marketing
* You can show us your portfolio, social accounts, or previous work
Work Mode & Location
Hybrid role with access to a premium office space in Gurgaon.
