What You’ll Do:
● Create & curate content: Develop engaging posts, reels, carousels, and stories aligned
with Modelens' brand voice.
● Edit high-quality visuals: Polish raw footage, images, and copy into professional,
platform-ready content.
● Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all content reflects Modelens' aesthetic and
storytelling style.
● Collaborate with creative teams: Work with models, photographers, and other creators to
bring campaigns to life.
● Trend adaptation: Spot emerging trends and adapt them to the fashion + creator niche.
● Content calendar execution: Support the rollout of monthly content plans.
● Copy refinement: Edit captions, scripts, and copy for clarity, impact, and engagement
● Community engagement: Assist in curating content that resonates with both B2B
(brands) and B2C (creatives).
● Weekly Team Shoot (Weekend): Participate in team shoots every weekend to capture
fresh, collaborative content.
What We’re Looking For:
● Creative mindset with storytelling ability.
● Editing skills: Proficiency in tools like CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Canva, VN etc.
● Attention to detail: Ability to refine copy, visuals, and layouts for maximum impact.
● Problem-solver: Comfortable with challenges and quick turnarounds
● Understanding of social media growth: Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube and
other platforms.
● Interest in fashion, modeling, photography, and creator ecosystem.
● Prior experience in editing, content curation, or copywriting is a plus. Individuals looking
to learn & explore are welcome
● Reliable, consistent, and quick with execution.
