About The Job
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Social Marketing Intern to join our team and help us manage and grow our social media presence.
Responsibilities
Manage Social Media Platforms:
- Oversee all Tohands social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn,etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Content Posting
- Ensure that content is posted on time according to the social media calendar.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
Trend Observation And Ideation
- Monitor ongoing trends on social media.
- Ideate and propose ways Tohands can utilize these trends for our social media.
Engagement
- Reply to comments and DMs across all social platforms.
- Foster and grow community engagement.
Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the content creation team to ensure timely creation and delivery ofcontent.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members.
Customer Interaction
- Understand our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and interact with them accordingly on social media.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Influencer And Performance Marketing
- Assist with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Support performance marketing initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing social media platforms.
- Content creation experience.
- Experience handling any social media page.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
