🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Intern / Executive who’s passionate about design, storytelling, and digital media. You’ll be at the heart of our brand communication — managing our Instagram and LinkedIn presence, designing eye-catching content, writing engaging blogs, and creating impactful lead magnets.
Graphic design is a core focus of this role.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram & LinkedIn
- Schedule posts and monitor performance analytics
- Stay up-to-date with trends and platform updates
- Graphic Design (Core Focus)
- Create high-quality posts, carousels, reels, banners, and ads
- Use tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite
- Ensure brand consistency and visually appealing designs
- Content Writing
- Write SEO-optimized blog articles
- Craft compelling captions and post content
- Lead Magnet Creation
- Design downloadable assets such as eBooks, guides, and templates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation goals
✅ Requirements
- Strong graphic design portfolio (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
- Understanding of design principles: typography, layout, color theory
- Basic copywriting and blog writing ability
- Familiarity with Instagram & LinkedIn trends and algorithms
- Highly self-motivated, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
