Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Social Media Management: Help schedule and publish posts, and monitor daily activities on our social media accounts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights on engagement, reach, and overall effectiveness.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, and interact with our online community to foster positive relationships and engagement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals and branding.
Qualifications:
- Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
Duration: 3 months
