About Badhaaiya
Badhaaiya is building India's next-generation bangle brand.
We're on a mission to make young India fall in love with bangles again, not just for weddings and festivals, but for everyday life.
We're a small team, which means you'll get to work closely with the founders and see what it actually takes to build a consumer brand from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Manage and schedule content across social media
- Engage with our community through comments and DMs
- Speak to customers and gather insights
- Research trends, creators and viral formats
- Shortlist content references and bring fresh ideas for shoots
- Assist during content shoots and campaign execution
- Keep an eye on what's happening across Instagram and help us move fast
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Lives on Instagram
- Catches Trends
- Has strong communication skills
- Isn't afraid to share ideas
- Is curious, proactive and willing to experiment
- Loves consumer brands, storytelling and marketing
Experience is a bonus.
