This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Intern role based in Noida, with a compensation range of 1.2–1.8 LPA. The intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. Daily tasks include drafting posts, creating basic visuals or collaborating on creatives, monitoring comments and messages, and supporting social media campaigns.
The role involves coordinating with marketing and product teams to understand key offerings and translate them into clear, engaging content tailored to target audiences. The intern will also help track performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and suggest improvements based on trends and analytics.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with an understanding of major platforms and audience engagement.
- Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including basic campaign planning and brand positioning.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to use social media and design tools (e.g., Canva, basic photo/video editing) to support content creation.
- Interest in technology and B2B SaaS products, especially in facility or asset management domains, is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
