VIO is seeking a versatile and highly organized Social Media, HR & Operations Coordinator to
support both our external brand presence and internal people and operations functions. This
role is split evenly between social media management (50 percent) and HR and day-to-day
operations support (50 percent).
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, works well independently,
and thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization within the information technology and
consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media and Brand Support (50 percent)
● Plan, create, and schedule content across LinkedIn and other relevant social media
platforms
● Manage posting cadence, audience engagement, and basic performance analytics
● Ensure brand consistency across social media content and campaigns
● Coordinate with leadership on announcements, thought leadership content, and
company updates
● Support execution of marketing and employer branding initiatives
HR and Operations Support (50 percent)
● Assist with hiring coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding
activities
● Maintain employee records, documentation, and basic HR trackers
● Support internal communications and calendar coordination
● Assist with vendor coordination, contracts, and operational documentation
● Support process tracking and general operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
● 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management, HR, operations, or a similar
hybrid role
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Familiarity with social media management tools and basic HR processes preferred
● Knowledge of the information technology or consulting industry is strongly preferred
Nice to Have
● Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and related integrations
● Familiarity with AI tools for work optimization and productivity support, excluding core
technical writing or development tasks
● Understanding of both US-based W2 and C2C recruitment processes
Work Ethics and Compliance
● Candidates must have a stable, secure internet connection from a reputable provider
with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
● Work must be conducted from a designated, private location approved by the
organization
● Public places such as internet cafés, unapproved co-working spaces, or unsecured
networks are strictly prohibited
● This role involves handling sensitive company, government, and personal candidate data
● Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or mishandling of information may result in immediate
termination and legal action
● All data accessed during employment must be used solely for official purposes and in
compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Compensation
● Salary: INR 25,000 per month
