About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Head to lead and scale our digital presence across platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven thinking, and leadership to drive impactful campaigns for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the overall social media strategy for the agency and its clients
-Manage and mentor a team of social media managers, executives, and designers
-Develop innovative, insight-driven campaigns aligned with brand objectives
-Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
-Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement
-Collaborate with PR, content, and design teams for integrated campaigns
-Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activities
-Drive new business pitches with strong social media strategies and ideas
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in social media, preferably in a PR/digital agency
Proven experience in managing multiple brands and large-scale campaigns
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of social media analytics and tools
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to think creatively while being data-driven
