Role Description
This is an on-site internship position for a Social Media Handler, located in Lucknow. In this role, you will work on managing and growing the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring social media metrics, responding to social media queries, and engaging with the online community. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to strategize and implement campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Management, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content across various platforms.
- Creativity in designing visually appealing and engaging content, with basic graphic design or video editing knowledge being an advantage.
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with audiences online and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize content strategies.
- Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A passion for digital trends, knowledge of social media platforms, and understanding of audience engagement tactics.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
