## About the Role
We are looking for a creative and performance-focused **Social Media Growth Specialist** to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate should understand how to grow social media accounts, create engaging content, improve audience engagement, and use data to drive measurable growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute social media growth strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Plan and manage social media content calendars.
* Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, videos, and other social media content.
* Monitor engagement, reach, followers, traffic, and other key performance metrics.
* Identify trends, content opportunities, and new growth strategies.
* Improve organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
* Work closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
* Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
* Stay updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
* Test different content formats and strategies to improve performance.
## Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Growth, Digital Marketing, or a related role.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Hands-on experience with organic social media growth.
* Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
* Strong content planning and communication skills.
* Ability to identify trends and convert them into engaging content.
* Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools will be an advantage.
* Candidates who have managed business or brand social media accounts will be preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Must be comfortable working **onsite in Hiranandani Estate, Thane**.
