Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Social Media Growth Intern. The intern will assist in executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring platform engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting creative posts, analyzing platform analytics, and researching trends to optimize campaigns. The intern will play a vital role in enhancing MetaZynx’s clients' brand reach and engagement.
The Deal (Read Carefully):
- Months 1-2: This is an unpaid, high-intensity probation period. You will be expected to create, post, and manage all handles as if you own the company.
- Month 3+: If you hit our growth KPIs and prove your worth, you will be offered a full-time position at ₹30,000 - ₹40,000/Month.
This is not a "certificate-seeking" internship. This is an audition for a career-defining role in a growing agency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Experience with Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- A passion for staying updated on social media trends and strategies
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is a plus
