Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Intern who is creative, analytical, and execution-focused. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to brand building, content strategy, and growth experimentation in an early-stage environment.
You will work directly with the founder and core team on content creation, community building, and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media
- Plan and execute content for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Create engaging posts (carousels, short-form content, captions)
- Coordinate with designers or use tools like Canva
- Maintain a content calendar
- Track engagement metrics and optimize performance
Growth & Marketing
- Reaching out to prospective clients and converting them to generate revenue (B2B sales)
- Support lead generation and outbound campaigns
- Help build partnerships and community collaborations
- Research competitors and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Understanding of LinkedIn & Instagram growth
- Good sales pitch and negotiation skills
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
- Interest in startups, growth, and brand building
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Notion, Google Sheets
