We’re Hiring: Social Media Growth Executive
Location: Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru
Work Type: Full-time, Work from Office
Timings: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Experience: 1 to 2 years of practical experience
UnikBrushes is looking for a Social Media Growth Executive who can take complete ownership of organic social media growth.
This is not a role for someone who only schedules posts and logs off. We need someone proactive who can plan, execute, engage, analyse, and continuously improve performance.

- Facebook
- Instagram
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute organic social media growth strategies
- Plan monthly content calendars and write post copy
- Manage company pages across LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram
- Conduct daily audience engagement and community-building activities
- Participate in relevant LinkedIn and Facebook groups
- Generate leads through organic conversations and meaningful engagement
- Manage Pinterest keyword research, boards, pin titles, descriptions, posting, and optimisation
- Coordinate with designers and video editors
- Track performance and prepare monthly reports
- Present strategies, content plans, and recommendations for internal approval
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on social media marketing experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Prior experience in working with a US client is a plus.
- Strong copywriting, research, communication, and presentation skills
- Practical experience with LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook, and Instagram
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini)
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, logistics, technology, or international audiences is a plus
- Degree is optional. Practical skills matter more.
