Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media & Graphic Lead role based in New Delhi. The Social Media & Graphic Lead will plan, create, and manage visual and written content for social media channels, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. This role will involve designing graphics, layouts, and creatives for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling, as well as shooting or directing basic photo and video content where needed. The individual will schedule posts, optimize content for engagement, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to grow the brand’s online community. Collaboration with the founder and production team will be key to translating craft stories, product features, and artisan narratives into compelling social media and visual content.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and analyze multi-platform campaigns.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy and captions.
- Experience with Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, aligning posts with launches, and maintaining consistent brand voice.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and a strong visual sense for layout, typography, and color.
- Ability to conceptualize and produce simple photo/video content suited for social media formats (Reels, Stories, posts).
- Prior experience managing brand social media accounts in fashion, lifestyle, or design-led businesses is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in a collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
