Job Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Social Media & Google Ads Expert with strong hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns targeting the USA market.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads, along with strong knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization.
This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube)
- Develop and execute ad strategies targeting the US audience.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong ROI / ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide weekly and monthly reports.
Tracking & Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Conversion and event tracking
Strong knowledge of:
- Funnel tracking and attribution models
- UTM parameter setup
- CRM integration with ad platforms
- Lead tracking and lead quality analysis
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in paid advertising
- Proven experience running campaigns targeting the USA market
- Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
- Experience managing B2B and B2C lead generation campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work full-time from office in Hyderabad
