Role Overview

We’re looking for someone to lead:

• YouTube growth for We Are Sonders
• Instagram growth for both We Are Sonders & Weddings by Sonders

This is not just a posting role — it’s about shaping how our stories live and grow online.

Key Responsibilities

Youtube (we are Sonders )

• Develop and execute growth strategy
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags & thumbnails
• Manage uploads, premieres & playlists
• Analyze performance (CTR, retention, watch time)
• Build episodic/series positioning

Instagram (we are Sonders + weddings by Sonders)

• Plan and manage content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories)
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short formats
• Write captions aligned with brand voice
• Drive engagement & community interaction
• Experiment with new formats & growth strategies

Content & Strategy

• Collaborate with founders & editors on content packaging
• Suggest hooks, formats, and distribution ideas
• Balance trends with storytelling integrity

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in YouTube / social media growth
• Strong understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms
• Good writing and content instincts
• Basic editing knowledge is a plus
