Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will lead the social media team, develop content strategies, monitor campaign performance, and drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and supervise the social media team and daily activities
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
- Handle social media calendars for multiple brands or business units
- Monitor trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience behaviour
- Coordinate with design, video, content, and marketing teams
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance
- Track the following KPIs: Engagement, Reach, Followers, Lead Generation, and Conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
- Manage community engagement, comments, and customer responses
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithm updates, and industry trends

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing
- Experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms
- Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media insights
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in social media marketing
- Prior experience leading a team is preferred

- Experience in EdTech or Digital Marketing industry
- Basic SEO and content marketing knowledge
- Video marketing and influencer collaboration experience
