About the Role
We are looking for an individual who understands Facebook’s ecosystem and can manage daily sharing, posting, and basic page operations with speed, accuracy, and creativity. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, following daily targets, and maintaining consistent reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facebook Sharing: Execute daily sharing tasks across relevant groups and pages.
- Content Posting & Creation: Prepare and publish engaging posts as per daily requirements.
- Page Management: Assist in growing and maintaining multiple Facebook pages.
- Daily Reporting: Document day-to-day activities and performance in Google Sheets.
- Performance Monitoring: Flag insights, engagement trends, or issues related to content or page health.
- Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to meet posting timelines and content objectives.
Requirements
- Understanding of Facebook’s functionality, group dynamics, and page operations.
- Experience with Facebook posting, sharing, and content creation.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, tracking, reporting).
- Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
- Ability to work in flexible hours, depending on posting/sharing windows.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and punctual with daily reporting.
Good to Have
- Experience managing or growing social media pages.
- Basic sense of design or content flow.
- Prior experience with Facebook.
