We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive / Manager to build engaging digital presence for our brands. The ideal candidate should understand content, internet culture, creators, trends, and platform behavior, while being highly organized in execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end social media execution across brands.
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars and posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the Copy, Design & Video teams to create engaging and platform-first content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, creator trends, and audience behavior.
- Create ideas for reels, stories, trend-based content, and engagement-led campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers/creators and talent agencies for brand collaborations and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing activities.
- Execute daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement activities.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience insights across platforms.
- Prepare monthly analytics reports, performance summaries, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Share content performance learnings and optimization recommendations regularly.
- Run and optimize ads across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Support ORM, social listening, and audience engagement activities.
- Coordinate and manage shoots/content production whenever required.
- Contribute ideas for growth, engagement, and follower acquisition strategies.
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content planning, calendar management, posting, and campaign execution.
- Understanding of reels, short-form video content, trends, and platform-first content formats.
- Experience in coordinating with influencers/creators and managing collaborations.
- Basic understanding of paid promotions and boosting on social media platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and client servicing skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Impeccable English communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and social media tools/platforms.
Good to Have
- Agency experience handling multiple brands/accounts.
- Experience in influencer marketing and creator outreach.
- Experience in ORM and social listening.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and SEO.
- Experience managing shoots and coordinating content production.
- Being camera-friendly and comfortable creating reels/content will be an added advantage.
- Experience using AI tools for content ideation and execution.
- Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance optimization.
