We are looking for creative and driven individuals to join our team for the following roles:

Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer.

Location - Gwalior (Onsite)

Role 1: Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms
• Develop and maintain structured content calendars aligned with business objectives
• Create and publish engaging content, including captions and campaign copy
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to combine creativity with a data-driven approach

Role 2: Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visual content for digital and social media platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
• Deliver designs within defined timelines and quality standards

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
• High attention to detail with a creative and structured approach
