We are looking for creative and driven individuals to join our team for the following roles:
Social Media Executive and Graphic Designer.
Location - Gwalior (Onsite)
Role 1: Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across relevant platforms
- Develop and maintain structured content calendars aligned with business objectives
- Create and publish engaging content, including captions and campaign copy
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to combine creativity with a data-driven approach
Role 2: Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual content for digital and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Deliver designs within defined timelines and quality standards
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout
- High attention to detail with a creative and structured approach
