Ltd., we are looking for a creative, disciplined, and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing Executive who has experience working on Government / PSU / Ministry / Public Sector communication projects and understands the importance of responsible, informative, and policy-aligned digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media operations for Government / PSU / Institutional clients
• Handle platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Assist in executing social media strategies aligned with government campaigns, policies, and public communication guidelines
• Create, curate, and schedule content including posts, reels, carousels, short videos, and awareness creatives
• Ensure content accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency for official projects
• Monitor comments, messages, and public responses and maintain professional engagement
• Support execution of awareness campaigns, public information campaigns, and digital outreach programs
• Track performance, prepare reports, and share analytics with internal team / client
• Stay updated with latest digital trends while maintaining formal communication standards required for Govt / PSU clients

What we're looking for

Candidates should have hands-on experience in:

• Social media handling for Government / PSU / Agency / Institutional clients
• Strategy & branding support
• Creative marketing & campaign execution
• Reporting, analytics & performance tracking
• Working in Advertising / Digital / Media Agencies (preferred)

Qualification

• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing
• Experience in Content Strategy & Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (formal communication preferred)
• Ability to work on deadline-based projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field
