Position: Social Media Executive/Copywriter (Government/Ministry projects) - Advertising Agency
Location: Delhi Onsite
Experience: 4-5 years (Advertising / INS Accredited Agency preferred)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media Executive cum Copywriter to lead digital strategy, drive impactful campaigns, and manage high-value clients, including government and PSU accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and deep agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing social media for government, PSU/ Ministries, or large-scale campaigns within an advertising agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end social media strategy for multiple brands and large-scale campaigns.
- Oversee content planning, execution, and optimization across platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives and client priorities.
- Coordinate with design, video, and client servicing teams for timely content delivery.
- Monitor trends, government announcements, and relevant public communication opportunities.
- Handle day-to-day coordination with ministry/PSU stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure timely publishing, monitoring, and reporting of social media activities.
- Develop bilingual content (English & Hindi) wherever required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in an advertising/digital agency.
- Prior experience handling Government, Ministry, PSU, or institutional clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent command over English copywriting; Hindi writing skills will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital campaign execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
