Zepomart Etail Private Limited is a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on building and scaling consumer brands across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital platforms. We are looking for a passionate, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and help us engage with our growing audience through compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Create and publish engaging content, including Reels, Shorts, Stories, Carousels, and Posts.
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to deliver visually appealing creatives.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copies that drive engagement.
Stay updated with social media trends and create timely, trend-based content.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators for brand promotions and partnerships.
Organize product photography and lifestyle shoots.
Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Build brand awareness by increasing followers, reach, engagement, and community interaction.
Respond to comments and messages professionally while maintaining the brand voice.
Work closely with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to execute campaigns successfully.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Excellent knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, and social media algorithms.
Experience in planning, shooting, and editing Reels and other short-form video content.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar creative tools.
Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or equivalent.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI.
Strong copywriting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and reporting tools.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and paid social campaigns.
Experience in influencer marketing and collaboration management.
Knowledge of e-commerce brands and marketplace marketing will be an added advantage.
