Job Role- Social Media Executive
Location: Jaipur (On-site)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Executive who understands how to build and grow brands online. This role requires hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth—especially in digital marketing or personal branding domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Create engaging content (captions, reels ideas, posts, hooks, storytelling)
- Handle end-to-end account management including posting, engagement, and performance tracking
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly
- Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and platform algorithms
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns
- Work on personal branding accounts (founders/coaches/consultants preferred)
- Manage comments, DMs, and audience interaction to build community
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience in managing active social media accounts
- Strong understanding of content strategy, hooks, and engagement tactics
- Experience with personal branding or creator accounts is a plus
- Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, analytics tools
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
