Job Description – Social Media Executive
Position: Social Media Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Bhopal Onsite
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive from the Gen Z generation who understands current internet culture, trends, memes, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, content creation, and building engaging online communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create engaging reels, posts, stories, memes, and trend-based content
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and social media copy
- Monitor trending topics, viral content, and competitor activities
- Increase engagement, reach, and followers organically
- Handle comments, DMs, and audience interaction professionally
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports
- Support branding and digital marketing campaigns
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram trends and social media algorithms
- Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools
- Creative thinking with excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate viral and engaging content ideas
- Understanding of reels strategy, hashtags, and audience engagement
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Gen Z candidates preferred
- Candidate should be highly active on social media platforms and updated with current trends
- Experience handling brand pages or creator accounts is a plus
- FMCG, startup, or youth-focused brand experience preferred
