Role Description The Social Media Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning and publishing daily content, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions. This role includes developing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and coordinating with internal teams to align messaging with brand objectives. The Social Media Executive will analyze performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and suggest improvements to increase visibility and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Media Planning skills to schedule content and allocate resources effectively across platforms.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication and Writing skills for creating posts, captions, and audience responses.
- Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic design or video editing skills is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with diverse teams.
