📍 Delhi (hybrid)
🧠 Experience: 0-1 year
We’re looking for someone who can both think creatively and make things happen at speed. Someone who doesn’t wait around for instructions and reminders. Someone who enjoys building.
What this role actually involves:
⭐ Running content from start to finish
Full execution- creating content calendars but moving fast so we do not lose out on what’s trending, ideating, shooting, editing and posting- basically everything that is required to make the brand stand out.
⭐ Caring about impact, not activity
We care about content that grabs attention, builds credibility, and drives real business results.
⭐ Bringing strong creative energy
Good content reflects the people behind it. Enthusiasm, curiosity, taste, obsession - it all shows. We want someone who’s emotionally invested in making great work.
⭐ Having insanely high standards
You should naturally push beyond “good enough.” The best people we know are rarely satisfied with the first version of anything.
⭐ Knowing why something works
Strong instincts matter, but clarity matters more. You should be able to break down what’s weak in a piece of content, explain it properly, and improve it with intention.
⭐ Moving quickly
We like people who operate with urgency by default. Fast communication, fast thinking, fast execution.
