The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. Should be able to play a vital role in managing the client's online presence across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience. Identify key social media channels and platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Client Coordination: Interacting with the client to present the ideas and creatives, and get approvals and feedback.
- Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
- ORM: Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful interactions with the audience and build a loyal community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using relevant tools and metrics. Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and customer feedback. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to amplify brand messaging and reach a wider audience. Negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and track the performance of influencer collaborations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices. Proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement. Provide recommendations on emerging social media trends and technologies.
- Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations and trends related to the organization's industry, competitors, and target audience. Extract insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies, product development, and customer service improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure social media activities align with overall marketing campaigns and brand guidelines. Collaborate on content calendars, campaign launches, and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
