We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven social media executive to manage and grow digital presence across multiple platforms. This role involves content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to enhance brand visibility and drive meaningful engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital storytelling, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
- Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) with compelling captions.
- Manage publishing schedules and collaborate with design/creative teams.
- Run and optimise organic and paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads).
- Handle community engagement and maintain brand reputation.
- Track performance metrics and optimise based on insights.
- Stay updated on trends and experiment with new content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Basic video editing skills; paid ads experience is a plus.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Qualifications And Experience
- 0-3 years in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience in content creation and platform management.
- Knowledge of analytics tools; industry experience is a plus.
