Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. This role involves content creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and performance tracking to boost brand visibility and engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and storytelling, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter & YouTube
- Develop engaging content: posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos
- Manage social media campaigns (organic & paid – Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Track performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and tools
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing & analytics
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva
- Basic knowledge of video editing & design tools
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Qualification
- 0–3 years of experience in social media management / digital marketing
- Experience in content creation, publishing, and campaign execution
