We’re Hiring: Social Media Executive
Location: Sector 142, Noida (Near Aqua Line)
Work Mode: On-site (5 day work week)

Are you passionate about creating engaging content and growing brands organically on social media? The Reppro is expanding its team and looking for a Content Writer cum Social Media Executive who understands digital culture, storytelling, and audience engagement, and can help brands grow through strong organic social media strategies.
Role Overview:
As a Social Media Executive at The Reppro, you will be responsible for building and managing brands’ organic social presence across platforms. The role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, and organic growth, without performance marketing responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create high-quality long-form content including blogs, articles, website copy, LinkedIn articles, and thought leadership pieces.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies and content calendars to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Conceptualise and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Manage day-to-day platform operations including scheduling posts, community engagement, and monitoring conversations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand tone.
- Optimise posts using trends, hashtags, and platform best practices to improve organic reach.
- Track and analyse performance metrics to improve engagement and audience growth.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related fields.
- 1 year of experience in Long Form Content Writing
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.
- Understanding of content performance metrics and engagement optimisation.
- A creative, collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail.
