About the Role:
Sugaryy is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. If you love creating engaging content, following trends, and building online communities, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter/X
- Create engaging posts, captions, reels, stories, and content ideas
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars
- Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with the design and marketing team for campaign execution
- Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and interactions
- Monitor social media performance and prepare reports
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Good communication and content writing skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills:
- Experience with reels and short-form video content
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and ads
- Knowledge of influencer collaborations is a plus
