Sprout Sage Solutions is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about content creation, understands social media trends, and can contribute to building a strong digital presence for the brand.
Role Overview
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn. You will play a key role in driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and supporting marketing initiatives through creative and strategic content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality and engaging content including Reels, Carousels, and Posts for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals
- Write compelling captions with strong hooks and clear calls-to-action
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and overall social media activities
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions
- Optimize content and strategies based on performance insights
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams for content execution
- Support brand-building and lead generation initiatives through organic strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
- Good content creation and storytelling skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of social media analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing brand or business social media accounts
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and branding
- Familiarity with paid advertising (Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads)
- Portfolio showcasing content such as Reels, posts, or campaigns
