Job Description – Social Media Executive

Location: Mahanagar Extension
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The candidate should be skilled in creating engaging social media content, designing creatives, editing reels/videos, and effectively using Canva and AI-based tools. Experience in handling business pages and creating brand-focused content is preferred.
The role is ideal for someone who understands digital trends and can help position our Solar EPC company strongly across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media creatives, posters, and promotional content using Canva and other design tools
- Shoot, edit, and publish reels/videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Plan and manage daily social media posting schedules
- Develop content related to solar energy, installations, projects, customer awareness, and company branding
- Use AI tools for content creation, captions, video editing, script writing, and design enhancement
- Coordinate with internal teams for project photos, videos, and marketing materials
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative campaign ideas
- Manage social media engagement including comments, messages, and audience interaction
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Assist in basic performance tracking and reporting of social media campaigns
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, AI design tools, AI video tools, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube management
- Creative mindset with strong visual communication skills
- Ability to create reels and short-form video content
- Basic photography/videography understanding is an added advantage
- Good written communication skills in English and Hindi
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field
- Freshers with strong creative skills can also apply
- Prior experience in social media handling will be preferred
