Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive, based in Hyderabad. The candidate will manage and optimize social media accounts, create engaging content, and plan campaigns to enhance SOKU's brand presence. Responsibilities include social media strategy development, execution of marketing plans, monitoring platform analytics, and engaging with online communities to foster brand loyalty. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives is essential.
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s Instagram presence and lead our influencer marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual aesthetics, strong copywriting skills, and experience in nurturing influencer partnerships to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Instagram Management: Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, focusing on high-performing Reels, interactive Stories, and aesthetic posts.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with influencers and creators to promote our products.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Produce engaging, trend-focused content (reels, captions, stories) that aligns with brand voice.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth) and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and manage community interactions to foster brand loyalty.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on Instagram algorithmic changes and emerging trends to keep the brand ahead.
Requirements & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, with a strong focus on Instagram.
- Proven experience in influencer outreach and management.
- Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
