SISGAIN is looking for a creative, performance-driven Social Media & LinkedIn Growth Executive who can transform ideas into impactful content and help expand our digital presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and other social platforms.

What You'll Do• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
• Develop and execute LinkedIn growth and outreach strategies to generate leads, increase brand visibility, and build professional networks.
• Design high-quality social media creatives, carousels, infographics, banners, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that improve engagement and reach.
• Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant and competitive.
• Track key performance metrics, analyze campaign performance, and optimize content strategies using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and promotional content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
What We're Looking For✔ 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
✔ Proven experience managing and growing LinkedIn pages and executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
✔ Strong understanding of organic social media growth strategies across multiple platforms.
✔ Excellent graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
✔ Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
✔ Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
✔ Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, carousels, and promotional graphics.
✔ Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
✔ Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar is an added advantage.
✔ Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
