Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Executive with 1–3 years of professional experience to manage and enhance the company’s social media presence. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring social media activities to support brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing objectives within the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create, manage, and maintain social media content calendars for timely and consistent content delivery
- Conduct hashtag and keyword research to improve visibility and engagement
- Monitor social media channels, respond to interactions, and maintain brand consistency
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams to ensure aligned messaging
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices
Requirements
- Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn pages
- Create engaging content, captions & creatives
- Plan and execute social media campaigns
- Handle content calendars & scheduling tools
- Track performance, insights & analytics
- Design creatives using Canva & support video editing
- Stay updated with trends & viral content strategies
- Run & manage Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Optimize campaigns for better reach, engagement & ROI
