Role Description
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive with at least 6 months of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry updates.
- Increase audience engagement, followers, reach, and brand visibility.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams for campaigns and creatives.
- Track and analyze social media performance using platform insights and analytics.
- Prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, followers, and overall performance.
- Stay updated with Instagram and other platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management or a related role.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and insights.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's degree , Mass Communication, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant social media experience and strong practical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
