About the CompanySEREKO is India’s first Psychodermatology brand that aims to reverse the effects of mental stress on the skin. The company focuses on a D2C portfolio spanning topical skincare products along with complementary nutraceuticals to address skincare concerns holistically.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and execute day-to-day operations of SEREKO’s social media platforms
- Assist in implementing social media strategies to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support product adoption
- Create and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across platforms
- Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Stay updated with social media trends and create relevant, timely content
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer queries; respond promptly and professionally
- Track and report on engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance
- Support influencer collaborations by coordinating outreach, deliverables, and timelines
- Assist in executing influencer campaigns and tracking their performance
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams for campaign execution
- Support community building through active engagement and user-generated content initiatives
- Assist in organizing online/offline events and brand activations.
Qualifications & Skills- 0–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness industries
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Familiarity with content creation tools and trends (Reels, short-form video, etc.)
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform insights)
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Media, Communication, Fashion Communication)
