Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily content posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Create engaging content, captions, and basic creatives as per brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and new social media tools/features.
- Respond to comments, messages, and maintain strong online engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and basic content creation.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other design tools (preferred).
- Ability to plan, strategise, and execute social media calendars.
