We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Executive to lead social media operations, manage client relationships, and drive engaging digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute effective social media strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives
- Manage end-to-end social media operations for 15+ client accounts across multiple platforms
- Handle client servicing, including regular communication, understanding requirements, strategy discussions, and performance reviews
- Lead, guide, and manage the social media team to ensure smooth workflow and quality execution
- Mentor and manage interns by assigning tasks, reviewing work, and supporting their learning and growth
- Coordinate and participate in client shoots and content execution activities
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging content formats
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all social media platforms
- Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest industry tools, social media trends, and best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a marketing agency
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in content planning and campaign execution
- Basic understanding of paid marketing strategies
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
- Experience coordinating shoots and influencer collaborations
