Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across all social media platforms to foster engagement and build community. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, monitoring platform analytics to optimize performance, coordinating media planning, and ensuring brand consistency in all social media efforts. Collaboration with the marketing team and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and align goals is key.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Media Planning and Communication skills
- Exceptional Writing skills with a focus on engaging and creative content
- Ability to analyze social media performance and adapt strategies
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and trends
- Experience in brand building and audience engagement is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
