1. Job Summary:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in planning, creating, and executing engaging content for Pro Ultimate's various brand pages. You’ll be responsible for conceptualizing content ideas, scripting, shooting video content at gym locations, and editing for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The role demands a strong sense of social trends, storytelling, and execution, with the goal of growing page engagement and visibility.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and script creative content (reels, posts, stories) for different gym branches and brand campaigns.
- Visit different Pro Ultimate Gyms in the afternoon hours for shooting video content (member interviews, gym activities, transformation stories, etc.).
- Edit video content for reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor and manage assigned social media pages, increase engagement via comments, DMs, stories, polls, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager for shoot planning, calendar execution, and content strategy.
- Maintain a shoot log and editing status report; meet content posting deadlines.
- Stay updated with current fitness/social trends and apply them to relevant content.
- Ensure timely uploading of stories, reels, and posts according to the brand calendar.
3. Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or videography.
- Strong communication and scripting skills for fitness/lifestyle video content.
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in content shooting using DSLR, gimbals, or smartphone.
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels algorithms and trends.
- Time management skills to handle shooting and editing across multiple locations.
