Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter pages, keeping our brand voice consistent and engaging.
- Handle end-to-end content creation, including in-house videography, editing videos, and designing creatives using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, VN Editor, CapCut and Canva.
- Create and promote UGC-style content by featuring employees, clients, and real experiences to build authenticity and trust.
- Manage Meta Ads completely—from creating ads to optimizing budgets and tracking performance.
- Create content ideas using ChatGPT and Gemini, write captions, and use SEO to improve reach and visibility.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics and platform insights to improve both organic and paid marketing strategies.
- Handle DMs and comments, building strong relationships with followers and converting them into leads.
