đź’ˇ About the Role:
As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the voice and vibe of the brand across platforms. You’ll plan, create, schedule, and optimize content while engaging with online communities and tracking performance — all to make our brands shine online.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and stories.
- Manage communities — respond to DMs, comments, and mentions.
- Track analytics and share performance insights with actionable takeaways.
- Stay on top of trends, memes, and global pop culture moments.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content approvals and updates.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with strong creative and communication skills are welcome to apply!
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & X (Twitter).
- A creative thinker who’s up to date with internet culture and trends.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Candidates from in and around Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
