Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Executive will manage the company’s social media channels, plan and execute media strategies, optimize social media content (SMO), and craft engaging posts to connect with the target audience. The role involves creating and implementing campaigns, tracking trends, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Media Planning and crafting strategies for digital content
- Strong Communication skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Excellent Writing skills for creating captivating and professional content
- Knowledge of analytics tools and platform-specific algorithms is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

- Oversee influencer identification and outreach, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
- Manage and execute influencer marketing campaigns from planning to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and key partners.
- Supervise tracking of insights, performance metrics, and analysis of KPIs.
- Review and approve monthly performance and campaign reports.
- Strategise and plan upcoming social media and influencer campaigns 1–2 months in advance.
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging, and original content across all social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and content quality across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Oversee community management, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments and DMs.
- Track, monitor, and analyse social media metrics to measure content and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create, update, and manage website content to ensure accurate information and smooth user experience.
- Coordinate with developers or internal teams for website updates, improvements, and new page requirements.
- Ensure SEO-friendly content is published consistently across the website.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Present weekly reports to senior management and ensure timely submission of monthly performance reports.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media and website content strategies to drive brand visibility and engagement.
