Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Executive who will be responsible for managing and executing a structured doctor engagement and digital support initiative.
This role involves working closely with partner doctors and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute social media content while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate should be confident in stakeholder interactions, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of execution.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of a structured doctor engagement program.
- Plan and track monthly content calendars in collaboration with doctors and internal teams.
- Maintain timelines, trackers, approvals, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and communication standards.
- Share periodic performance updates and execution reports.
Doctor Social Media Management
- Coordinate with partner and internal doctors to develop relevant, educational content.
- Ensure regular updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube for partner doctors
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery of content and approvals.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure seamless coordination between doctors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or coordination roles.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English (mandatory). Telugu and Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Understanding of content planning and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and social media trends.
- Ability to handle doctor and patient-centric content sensitively and professionally.
