Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.
- Develop tailored social media strategies for each client, ensuring alignment with their business goals, brand identity, and target audience.
- Create long-term plans to build and maintain a strong social media presence across various platforms.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media efforts, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and ROI.
2. Content Planning & Execution:
- Brainstorm creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience and communicate the brand’s value proposition.
- Coordinate with other departments to produce high-quality visual and written content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
- Create and manage a detailed content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting while maintaining the brand voice and aesthetics.
- Experiment with various content formats such as reels, stories, carousels, blogs, polls, and live videos to drive engagement.
3. Community Management:
- Actively monitor social media accounts for comments, messages, and mentions to ensure prompt and thoughtful responses.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, fostering a sense of community around the brand.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, partners, and industry leaders to boost brand visibility.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party platforms to track the performance of campaigns and individual posts.
- Measure and interpret key metrics such as engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, and follower growth.
- Develop detailed reports highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Present performance data and recommendations to internal teams and clients in a clear and professional manner.
5. Trends & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Proactively test new tools, content formats, and strategies to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to continuously improve social media
- expertise.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new platforms or features that align with the brand’s goals
- (e.g., augmented reality filters or interactive polls).
6. Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between the client service department and the internal creative team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on campaign goals.
- Work closely with other departments such as PR, content marketing, and advertising to integrate social media strategies into larger campaigns.
- Collaborate with influencers and external partners to plan and execute sponsored content or co-branded campaigns.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure all social media efforts align with their brand guidelines and business objectives.
